Release notes - version 0.1

This is the first pre-release of the GitHub multilingual pages project.

It includes:

• Step-by-step description of how to prepare your GitHub Pages / Jekyll environment
• Step-by-step description of how to maintain your site (update workflow)

It does not yet include:

• Step-by-step description of how to set up a multilingual site using the Polyglot multi-language plugin
